Please carefully read and understand the Terms of Service. By using our service, you agree with our terms of service.

Loyothomes is a service provider in the tourism industry to help our guests find their travel needs during their vacation.

We provide an online platform through which help the Owners to advertise Villas, Rooms and other types of accommodations for reservation. By making a reservation through our website, the guests enter into a direct, legally binding, contractual relationship with the relevant Owner. We send the details of the reservation to Owner and send the guests a confirmation email on behalf of the Owner and are not a party to the direct, legally binding, contractual relationship between the guests and the Owner.

  • To reserve your vacation accommodation, we require a deposit from our customers equal to 50% of the total rental cost. Unless otherwise specified, the other 50% of the payment is due 60 days before your arrival.
  • After we confirm your reservation, we’ll send you an invoice with clear payment instructions.
  • After we receive your payment, we’ll send you a booking confirmation and payment receipt with details about your reservation, such as the dates of your check-in and check-out, any inclusions and exclusions, any outstanding balances, etc.
  • Rates may be subject to change until bookings are confirmed. Rates are guaranteed after you make a reservation, but until you actually buy or make a purchase, they are always subject to change like any other business
  • Exact location provided after guests complete the payment
  • Room availability can change from time to time especially in peak and high season. If the requested villa is not available, you will be given a list of comparable villas that are available during the time frame you have requested.

Payments can be made by Bank transfer and Digital Wallet.

The balance of the rent is payable before arrival (usually 60 days before, schedule varies for each villa), directly to the Loyothomes, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental condition. If full payment is not received as specified, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refuse admission to the Villa

Prices do not include the following any optional services not previously specified and billed, and Guests’s travel insurance, medical insurance, or personal liability insurance.

Every type of accommodation (villa, hotel, apartment, etc.) has a different cancellation policy. The booking confirmation we provide you includes a copy of the cancellation policy pertaining to the property you are about to rent. Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation, and we’ll always work to get you a refund. 

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent through email.
  • No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made.
  • You must change your reservation in writing, by email or letter.
  • Altering your booking is subject to availability.
  • Each property applies its own policy on booking alteration.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance that protects you against any potential setbacks, such as illness, injury, death, damage, loss, and cancellations. The owner’s property or owners’ agent do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We specifically request guests to supervise children at all times whilst they are using the pool, playing in the garden, and particularly when close to the deck and lake.

  • We are not liable in any circumstance to substitute or refund any unused proportion of accommodation and other related services.
  • Both inside and outside the property, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, injuries, or fatalities incurred by guests dwelling there. 
  • Despite our best efforts to assure the authenticity of the information displayed on our website, we disclaim any liability for any modifications and additions made by the property owner.
  • We disclaim any liability for any costs incurred as a result of discomfort brought on by the property’s condition.
  • We are not liable to any loss and damages to personal belongings of the clients and their visiting guests including cars and personal belongings left inside.

Any complaints from visitors must be made right away to the property manager.

Any complaints made after the guests check-out or have left the property will not be taken into consideration.

  • Guests are responsible to leave the property in good order and clean condition.
  • Guests are responsible for paying for any losses and harm done to the property while they were occupying it.
  • Property owners retain the right to repossess the property if their guests cause damages to the property.
  • We shall have no liability for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, power outages, fires, floods, epidemic diseases, war, riots, and terrorism.

We ask every guest to remember a few simple things about what makes a great guest. Treat your Host’s home like your own and follow the house rules.

  • Check-in time starts after 2.00 pm on the first day and ends at 11.00 am on the last day of the rental period, unless otherwise specified in the Accommodation Specific Rental conditions.
  • The maximum number of people residing in the accommodation cannot exceed the number stated on the listing pages on the Website without explicit permission from the Owner. The Owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at their complete discretion.
  • For reasons of hygiene, pets are not permitted in the Villa unless authorised in writing by the Owner or the Company or otherwise specified in the Accommodation Specific Rental Conditions.
  • The guests must respect the rules and regulations applicable to the accommodation in which his accommodation is situated: he must not be the source of excessive noise or other disruption, which might disturb neighbours, and he must respect regulations concerning the use of the communal areas of any property building.

Any breach of the above Terms of Service will lead to immediate termination of the rental of accommodation Twenty Four (24) hours following a formal notice to cease such breach. In such cases, the guests will be required to vacate the accommodation immediately and with no compensation whatsoever.
